In this entertainment-crazed world where media bombards our minds with mind-numbing useless junk, it is ever the more important to learn to silence the outside noise, sit down and think about matters of weight. The art of thinking about one’s spiritual life, of further developing and nurturing one’s mind with rich literature that adds to our characters, and of deep and critical thinking, has long been lost.
The idea of this blog is to encourage this lost art, promote the need to stop at least for a moment all the madness, noise and rush that comes out of everyday life, and reflect on the important things in life.
I’ll be sharing along issues and subjects of interest to me. The range could span from Religion and Philosophy to Literature, Art and History.
I hope it is of interest to others as well.
You are welcome to always post a comment and differ from my opinions and views on any particular subject; if so, please do so cordially.

“As great minds have the faculty of saying a great deal in a few words, so lesser minds have a talent of talking much, and saying nothing.” – Francois de La Rochefoucauld
